A Fire Risk Assessment is an annual report that is a requirement for any business that has five or more employees.
We will assess and qualify the fire risk appropriate to your business before furnishing you with a comprehensive document for your records, setting out a simple, step-by-step plan to bring you within compliance, if required.
Our Fire Risk Assessments advise on team training requirements, and provide templates for the accurate keeping of required safety records, such as lighting and fire alarm panel testing and maintenance.

FIRE DOOR INSPECTION (LEGISLATION 10)
Regulation 10, brought into legislation in January 2023, states that all fire doors and integral parts must now be tested biannually to ensure they are fit for purpose.
We test all fire doors to the National Standard, ensuring they meet the predetermined compliance markers set out in Regulation 10, The Fire Service Act 2021 and Article 14 of the Regulatory Reform Order 2005.
We advise what actions and materials are required to remedy any non-compliant doors, and provide a quote to undertake the remedial work for you.

Fire extinguisher checks must be completed annually.
Our service includes the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair/replacement of fire extinguishers, and the creation and delivery of a placement floorplan in accordance with acceptable risk/travel distance parameters.
